From the earliest days of Christianity in India to the present, God has raised leaders to guard the faith and guide His church. In that line, Bishop Dr. D. P. Noha Yowanaraj has dedicated his life to building unity, equipping leaders, and advancing the gospel. As Founder of the CEFI Diocese and Chancellor of Apollos Bible University, his vision has brought together thousands of pastors, bishops, and churches under a shared covering—creating a family of faith rooted in scripture and strengthened by grace.
Through his leadership, the diocese has grown into a global movement: more than 21,000 pastors, 210 bishops, and 1,000+ churches united in service and mission. Yet his heart has always been clear: unity must be matched with formation. It was this conviction that gave birth to Apollos Bible University, where education and calling come together to prepare a new generation of leaders.

The mission of Apollos Bible University is not simply to confer degrees, but to edify, equip, and empower men and women who will carry the message of Christ to the nations. Under Bishop Noha’s guidance, ABU has become a beacon for accessible, accredited theological education rooted in the Bible, responsive to culture, and committed to the transformation of society.
His message to every student and partner is simple yet profound: the call of God is bigger than any one of us, but it begins with each of us. At ABU, learning is not an end in itself it is a launching point. Each classroom, each program, and each convocation is a reminder that leaders are being prepared, not only for pulpits, but for villages, cities, and nations that need the light of Christ.
